Andrew Webb received his Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in International Studies from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School. He incurred his vision loss suddenly in an accident in 2007, and subsequently came to the Hatlen Center for the Blind to learn to function independently and confidently as a blind person. He found his time spent at the Center to be truly life-changing, and his experiences have left him committed to the Center’s ongoing growth and excellence, as well as to the issues of disability rights and advocacy. He is a licensed attorney, and now lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.
