Sandy Szerlip

Sandy Szerlip and his wife Patti moved to the Bay Area in 1971 where he studied Entomology and she became a registered nurse. He received his Ph.D. from UC Berkeley in 1980. He has worked for 30 years as a general contractor doing residential remodeling. He became interested in the Hatlen Center while making an accessible bathroom for us. He has served on the Board since 2000. Sandy and his wife Patti have three adult children and five grandchildren.
